ATEX risk assessment

According to the 3/2003. (III. 11.) FMM-ESzCsM joint decree, for workplaces established in potentially explosive environments, the employer is obliged to identify the foreseeable hazards in terms of occupational safety and occupational health during the preliminary occupational safety examinations specified in Section 21 of the Occupational Safety Act (Mvt.), within the framework of risk assessment as defined in Section 54 (2) of the Occupational Safety Act (Mvt.).
